An active user is any staff account that hasn't been deactivated: office staff and support workers alike. When someone leaves, deactivate their account and they stop counting.
A$20 a month, whatever your number of users. Your team and participants sign in at your own address, such as my.yourbusiness.com.au, with your logo and colours. Without it, you use yourbusiness.fullyfundedshifts.com.

Every staff account that hasn't been deactivated, whether they're in the office or a support worker. Participants, families and others using the participant portal don't count.
The minimum is 10 users, so the price is A$150 a month ex GST until you have more than 10 active users.
Only if you use more than your allowance. Each user adds to an AI allowance shared across your organisation. If you use it up, you can buy a prepaid top-up of A$20 or A$40, or have one added automatically.
