NDIS compliance software that keeps expired clearances off the roster
Worker clearances, incidents, policies and audits in the same system as your roster, so compliance is checked where the work is planned, not in a spreadsheet next to it.
Clearances that block the roster
You choose which document types are critical for rostering, such as worker screening checks or first aid. A worker with an expired or missing critical document can't be rostered: the shift shows "Worker has expired critical document(s)." and is blocked from publishing. Other document types raise a warning instead.
- Reminders for HRA daily compliance digest lists documents expiring within 30, 14 and 7 days, and those already expired.
- Reminders for workersEach worker is emailed 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before a document expires, on the day, and weekly while it's overdue.
Incidents, from the shift to closed
Support workers report incidents from the shift on their phone, with photos and a body map. The office adds corrective actions, and an incident can't be closed while any of them are still open.
When family or a guardian needs to know, the stakeholder incident report gives them a clear PDF, with an optional AI summary written in warm, plain English.
You can mark an incident as reportable to the NDIS Commission and record when you notified them. Lodging with the Commission and tracking its deadlines aren't built in yet.
Policies your staff can ask questions of
- Policies AIStaff ask about your current policies, procedures and company documents, and every answer links to the document it came from.
- Practice Standards coverageSee which NDIS Practice Standards your documents cover, and where the gaps are.
- NDIS Commission updatesThe Commission's website is checked weekly, and your management team gets a summary of new guidance.
Audit prep from live records
Upload the auditor's questionnaire as a Word document, spreadsheet or fillable PDF. Audit Prep AI asks which staff to include, fills in the form from your records, and marks anything it can't answer as needing your input.
Service agreements and care plans are signed online, with an identity check on the person signing, so the signed copies are already on file when the auditor asks. Participants and families can sign from the participant portal.

Questions about compliance
Which documents stop a worker being rostered?
The ones you mark as critical for rostering. You set this for each document type, along with whether it needs an expiry date.
Does it lodge reportable incidents with the NDIS Commission?
Not yet. You can mark an incident as reportable and record when you notified the Commission, but lodging and deadline tracking happen outside the system for now.
Where does the AI run?
Only in Australia, in Sydney and Melbourne.
