A participant portal that shows families who's coming
Participants, families and guardians sign in to see upcoming shifts and who's supporting them, meet their support team, and sign service agreements without paper or follow-up phone calls.

Their roster, without the phone calls
The portal shows the participant's published shifts: the time and the first name of the worker who's coming. When nobody is confirmed yet, it says "Staff to be confirmed". Cancelled shifts stay on the list, marked as charged or no charge.
Shifts you haven't published yet never show, so families only see the roster once it's settled.
The portal doesn't show shift notes, invoices or budgets.
Meet the team
My Team shows the participant's preferred support workers, with their first name and photo, so a new face at the door is a familiar one. Your office chooses who's on the list.
Service agreements signed online
When a service agreement or care plan document is ready, the portal shows a banner and the document waits under My Documents. The participant or their guardian reads it, draws their signature, types their full name and ticks to confirm. Signed copies can be downloaded as a PDF at any time.
People without a portal login can sign from a secure link sent by email or text message, after confirming the participant's NDIS number and date of birth. The link works for 5 days.
For families and guardians
- One login, several participantsA parent or guardian who looks after more than one participant switches between them at the top of the portal.
- Access you controlYour office gives access one participant at a time, to the participant or to a contact on their file, and can take it away again. Sharing an email address never gives access on its own.

Questions about the participant portal
Do participants need to download an app?
No. The portal opens in the browser on their phone, tablet or computer.
Can a guardian see more than one participant?
Yes, once your office gives them access to each one. They switch between participants at the top of the portal.
What can families see?
Published shifts with the time and the worker's first name, the participant's preferred support workers, and their documents to sign or download. Shift notes, invoices and budgets aren't shown.
Who decides who gets a login?
Your office. Access is given one participant at a time, and only staff with the portal access permission can give or remove it.
