What to expect
Fully Funded Shifts isn't a prototype. It's the system we use to roster, bill and claim for our own participants every week. Early access means it's still changing quickly: updates arrive often, some screens will change as we learn from you, and a few things aren't built yet. The example screens on this site may look a little different from the app while it changes.
We'll be straight with you about what it does and doesn't do. For example, claims are uploaded to the NDIA through the provider portal rather than sent directly, and Xero receives invoices one way. Those answers are on each feature page.

How long does the discount last?
You get 50% off the standard per-user price for your first 12 months, counted from when you sign up and start paying, then 25% off for as long as your subscription stays active, including after the official launch. You choose whether to keep getting early releases or move to the stable version, which gets changes after they've settled. You keep your discount either way.
How many places are there?
We're starting with 10 providers so each one gets proper time with us. We may increase or reduce the number of places at any time, but it won't change the discount for providers who've already joined.
Is my participants' data safe while it's in early access?
Yes. Early access gets the same security as everything else: your own encrypted space in Sydney, compulsory two-step sign-in, audit trails, and support that can only get in when you give them a code. How we protect your data
